This page describes how VisionDraft handles your data. We aim to collect the minimum required to run the product and to be transparent about everything we do.
Uploads
Images and PDFs you upload are processed for the sole purpose of extracting text. We do not retain uploads long-term, do not share them with third parties, and do not use them to train models. Uploads are deleted from temporary processing storage shortly after your OCR job completes.
Accounts
If you create an account, we store your email address and authentication credentials securely via our authentication provider. We use this only to identify you across sessions and to send essential service emails.
Usage analytics
We log basic usage data (page views, errors, response times) to operate and improve the product. Logs do not contain the contents of your uploads.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
AI model providers
OCR is performed by third-party AI vision providers under processing agreements that prohibit training on customer data. Provider names are available on request.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and any associated data by emailing privacy@visiondraft.app. We will respond within 30 days.
